Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

These terms govern the refunds and cancellation policy for Removal of impersonating social media account(s) (“the Services”) as subscribed to by you (“the User”). This policy is to be read in conjugation with the Terms of Usage and Privacy Policy of this website and your use of the Services implies your unconditional acceptance of the terms of this policy and the terms of usage and privacy policy.

Naxap Technology Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or change the terms of this policy at any time at its sole discretion with intimation of such change to the User. It is the User’s responsibility to stay up to date with the terms of this Policy. The continued subscription of the Services by the User shall be deemed to be acceptance of such amended terms of this policy.

Disclaimer

No request of refund by the User shall be entertained in the event that the User has submitted a claim for impersonation in the refund period as contained herein as Naxap Technology Private Limited employs resources on such reports by the User forthwith and a refund request cannot be entertained by Naxap Technology Private Limited once resources have been deployed to take action on the report of the User.

Refund of Service Fee

Naxap Technology Private Limited offers a refund policy to the User who is not satisfied with the Services on a case to case basis.

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the Services provided, a refund can be requested within a period of 30 days from the date of their subscription to the Services. It is clarified that no request for refunds shall be entertained by the User in the event that they have submitted a claim for impersonation during the aforementioned period.

The User shall, for placing a request for refund, contact our support team at refund@bytescare.com with their request for issuance of a refund along with the reason for the request. Upon approval of the refund request, the customer shall receive a refund in their source account within 7 to 10 business days or such timelines as applicable on the third party payment gateway employed by Naxap Technology Private Limited.

Further, notwithstanding anything contained herein, each and every request for refund shall be decided by Naxap Technology Private Limited on a case to case basis and refund shall not be treated as an obligation on the part of Naxap Technology Private Limited nor as a right on the part of the User.
